We launched the Wednesday night class yesterday. It was a blast.
I shared with the class how different if felt for me, the light (completely opposite side of the room than the morning class), the rhythm of energetic flow in my body, the temperature and more. It was a beautiful educational experience and I recognize there are cool new requests, from my body, of this class...for example... it wanted more time at the end to rest and drink in the movement experience, to the land the day and to step out into the flow of the evening hum.
My sensitivity to this world of newness is being recapitulated and tweaked for more joy and I am so excited for the next Nia night class experience!
